Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at conformance level AA as our target standard. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice rather than a one-off task, and we work to improve coverage as the site evolves.

We recognise that conformance is a target, not a guarantee. Some areas of the site may not yet fully meet the standard, and the Known limitations section below sets out the gaps we are currently aware of.

Measures we take

The following measures are built into how this site is developed and maintained:

  • Semantic HTML structure, so that headings, landmarks and lists are conveyed correctly to assistive technology.
  • Full keyboard navigation, so the site can be operated without a mouse or other pointing device.
  • A skip link that lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump straight to the main content.
  • Visible focus indicators, so keyboard users can always see which element is active.
  • Respect for the operating system reduced-motion setting, so animations (including the sonar loader and route transitions) are reduced for people who prefer reduced motion.
  • Accessible forms with associated, descriptive labels for our Contact and Brief forms.
  • Automated accessibility checks using axe run as part of our continuous integration pipeline, so common issues are caught before changes are released.

Known limitations

We believe in being honest about where we are not yet fully there. We are currently aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Safari and other WebKit-based browsers are not yet covered by our automated end-to-end testing, so accessibility behaviour in those browsers is verified less thoroughly than in the browsers we do cover.
  • An independent, third-party accessibility audit has not yet been carried out; our conformance position is based on our own automated and manual review.

How to report an accessibility problem

We want to hear about any difficulty you have using this site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site in a different format, please contact us by email at . Where possible, please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can reproduce and fix the issue.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days - the same response commitment we make for every enquiry through this site.

Enforcement and escalation

If you contact us with a complaint and you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter. In England, Wales and Scotland, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the relevant accessibility requirements; the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can provide advice and support to individuals.

This statement is provided in respect of the United Kingdom (England and Wales). This site is operated by a private studio, not a public-sector body, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to it; we work to WCAG 2.2 AA as a matter of professional standards and our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.

Preparation and review of this statement

This statement was last updated on 9 July 2026.

The accessibility position described here is based on our own review of the site and its codebase, including the automated checks described above. An independent third-party accessibility audit has not yet been carried out. We review and update this statement whenever the site changes materially, and at least once a year.
